Class Timetable Descriptions
AQUA AEROBICS
A low impact but high intensity water aerobics class where no swimming skills are required. This class is designed to improve flexibility, range of motion, strength, muscle tone and cardiovascular endurance. Exercises are preformed to music and are effective and easy to follow.
CIRCUITS
A range of exercises which include cardiovascular, resistance and weight training to varied timings and tempos.
GOLF FITNESS
A functional class using body weight and resistance moves to help with flexibility and strength on the golf course.
HIIT
This class is high impact and incorporates body weight and resistance moves to varied intervals and repetitions. Exercises can be modified so is a great class for anyone. Designed to increase fitness levels quickly.
KETTLEBELLS
A full body workout using a variety of exercises with the kettlebells. Designed to build muscle tone, strength, and cardiovascular fitness.
Legs, Bums & Tums
A great cardiovascular workout designed to tone and strengthen the lower body.
Suitable for everybody as exercises can be modified to meet individual needs.
PILATES
A class designed to lengthen and stretch all the major muscle groups. It improves flexibility, strength, balance, and body awareness.
SPIN
A bike workout incorporating speed work seated climbs and standing hills to music.
A great fun sweaty workout designed for everyone. The bike offers low impact on joints and is great for building strength and endurance.
STRETCH
A gentle floor-based class designed to stretch and tone, increasing flexibility. This class should feel relaxing and is beneficial to keep the body moving at its best.
TABATTA
A high impact class using the Tabatta training method. 20/10 This class will build strength and stamina quickly and all exercises can be modified to meet individual needs.
